The mince itself is a composition resulting from the homogenization of chopped meat with different ingredients, the main characteristic of chopped meat being fineness – it can differ depending on the preparation and is determined by the sieve used in the chopping machine, the sieve with a diameter that can be between 2 and 8 mm. Each stage of the production process is based on a manufacturing process and the quality of the final product obtained at each stage of production depends on the quality of the raw materials, the staff and the technology they are working with. Thus, in order to ensure the quality of our products, quality control begins with the control of each production stage and continues through the whole process. To get a premium minced meat, there are two major aspects. On the one hand, technological machines and equipment, and on the other hand the raw material. A top quality mince is obtained from boneless meat.
The reasons why minced meat products are so popular are closely related to the properties and characteristics of chopped meat. Firstly, minced meat has a high nutritional and taste value due to the meat used to make the mince. Secondly, we can discuss about its aspect and variety, both closely related to the technological processes applied in order to obtain the final product. Also, minced meat preparations are also characterized by a slight digestibility due to the fragmentation of the meat fiber, but also due to the applied heat treatment (boiling, roasting, oven cooking).
